Need To Join a Webinar? Here's How!

We had several folks who needed to attend webinars using WebEx yesterday that were unable to because WebEx requires you to download and install a plugin that no one has rights to install. Fortunately, there's an alternative way to do this.

Google to the rescue!

WebEx offers an extension anyone can install right into their Chrome browser. It can be found here:

To install the extension, all you have to do is click on the Add to Chrome button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Once that's done you're all set! When it's time to join a meeting you will click Join By Browser instead of clicking on the Join button. 

Some people have experienced issues hearing audio using the Chrome extension. If that's the case you can click on the Audio button and select I Will Join by Phone and you will be given a phone number, meeting ID, and participant ID with which you can join the webinar.
